Advertising is about solving a problem and sometimes you can do that without having to advertise at all. My solution is called Beep-0-Meter. Inspired by the seat belt alert if one does not wear it, this idea is about installing a similar thing except it tackles the 1 in 2 driver who does not know the speed limit as well as the reckless driver by annoying him to the point that he would slow down to be within the speed limit so that the beeping stops. This will automatically make them slow down and solve a problem more effectively than a normal ad campaign.
